Individual Sessions
These one on one sessions are all about you, the athlete! With individual sessions, you will be provided with tools unique to your goals, needs, and experiences. You can use this time to reflect, learn, and practice skills with the support of an experienced consultant. Mental skills that could be touched on include self-talk, confidence, relaxation, imagery, emotion regulation, and more!
Group Sessions
Teams can benefit from mental skills training, too! These workshops will be designed to specifically benefit your team where they are right now. Common skills worked on in team sessions include, but are not limited to, communication, cohesion, and development of values.
