About Kelsey
Kelsey is the founder and owner of KM Performance. She is a former NCAA DII student-athlete and completed a B.S. in Psychology while playing volleyball at Fairmont State University. Kelsey went on to earn her M.S. in Kinesiology - Sport and Exercise Psychology from Georgia Southern University in May of 2024. She is now pursuing a Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology at Springfield College. Kelsey wants to be the support she believes athletes at all levels deserve. She sees her clients as people first, athletes second. She has seen the positive impact that mental skills training can have from first-hand experiences, as well as from her time consulting. Kelsey is very excited for the opportunity to provide these services to you as well!
Experience and Credentials
Kelsey has experience working with athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. She is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Kelsey is currently under supervision by a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through AASP with the goal of being eligible for the same certification in the summer of 2026.
